These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.wtparms.com, operated by WTP Arms. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that may impair its performance, corrupt its content, or otherwise interfere with its functionality. 

3. Purchases and Appointments
When making a purchase or booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. All transactions are processed securely through GoDaddys platform. You are responsible for reviewing any confirmation details and ensuring the accuracy of your order or appointment. 

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WTP Arms or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent. 

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTP Arms shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any products or services purchased through it.

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.wtparms.com.

Return and Refund Policy

     

Return and Refund Policy

1. Firearms Sales – All Sales Are Final 

Due to federal and state regulations, all firearm sales are final. Once a firearm is transferred to the buyer (i.e., after completing the required background check and Form 4473), it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
If you experience an issue with a firearm after purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding their warranty coverage. We are happy to assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer if needed. 

2. Custom Services – Engraving & Coating 

All laser engraving and firearm coating services (including Cerakote and similar applications) are considered custom work and are non-refundable.
By submitting a custom job: 

  • You acknowledge that any personalization or finish changes are permanent.
     
  • You agree that once the work has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.
     
  • Slight variations in color, finish, or alignment are inherent to custom hand-applied services and do not constitute defects.
    WTP Arms is not responsible for customer errors in submitted designs, text, or specifications. Please verify all details before approving the job.
    If a mistake is made on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it or offer a resolution.

3. Non-Firearm Merchandise
Returns may be accepted on select non-firearm items, such as:
 

  • Accessories
     
  • Parts (excluding serialized items)
     

   

  • Apparel
     
  • Cleaning kits or tools
    Return Conditions:
     
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
     
  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
     
  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number)
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    4. Ammunition
    Due to safety and legal regulations, all ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned or
    refunded.
    5. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled before shipment or firearm transfer, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Custom orders (engraving, coating, or special firearm orders) cannot be canceled once work has started or once the order has been placed with a supplier.
    6. Denied Background Checks
    If a firearm purchaser is denied during the background check, the firearm will be returned to
    our inventory, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days at info@wtparms.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
    We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
    8. Returns – How to Start One
     

   

To request a return (for eligible items), email info@wtparms.com and include: 

  • Your order number
     
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
     
  • Reason for return
     
  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
    We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number, if applicable.
    9. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
